I ate a lot of chocolate today. I can't really quantify the amount. It doesn't matter. All that matters is that I will never, ever, buy a 17.8 oz bar of chocolate (with almonds!) again.
Why does eating "bad" things lead to eating more bad things? my thoughtful coworker brought in a dozen donuts this morning, so I had to eat one, to be polite, even though I am trying to eat healthy this week. So, since I had already eaten one donut, I ate another, which I followed up with Oreo Cakesters, which I only bought because of a (i guess effective) commercial I saw in TV this weekend. I am weak.
